EDGE OF FOREVER : ‘The Days Of Future Past – The Remasters’
Hot on the heels of their brand new studio album, ‘Seminole’, the first three studio albums by Edge Of Forever will be reissued digitally and as a 3xCD set via Frontiers Music Srl on 11th March. ‘Feeding The Fire’ (2004), ‘Let The Demon Rock ‘N’ Roll’ (2005) and ‘Another Paradise’ (2009) have been remastered by founding member and group mastermind Alessandro Del Vecchio and the 3xCD format has been entitled ‘The Days Of Future Past – The Remasters’. A new lyric video for debut album title track ‘Feeding The Fire’ is available from today.
Del Vecchio was joined by vocalist Bob Harris (ex-AXE), guitarist Matteo Carnio, bassist Christian Grillo and drummer Francesco Jovino (later the drummer for Primal Fear and JORN) for the first two EoF albums, while for ‘Another Paradise’ Walter Caliaro (guitar) and Nik Mazzucconi (bass) joined Del Vecchio and Jovino, with Del Vecchio himself on lead vocals.
Since returning from an extended hiatus in 2019 with guitarist Aldo Lonobile (Secret Sphere, Archon Angel) and drummer Marco di Salvia (Hardline) joining Del Vecchio and Mazzucconi, Edge Of Forever have released the albums ‘Native Soul’ (2019) and ‘Seminole’ (2022), both of which maintain their tradition of combining inspirational and positive lyrics with powerful riffs, anthemic vocals and skilled musicianship inspired by the heart and depth of Native American culture.
