UK Bike Fest – Manchester 24-27th May

UK Bike Fest is a fantastic new concept brought to you by Andy Kleek and his team at Monopoly Events which is proud to present Europe\’s biggest indoor motorcycle festival.

With great guest star names, live music, amazing acts, trader stalls, Q&A panels, competitions, food and drink and even indoor camping there is nothing we haven\’t thought of!

Join us on 24th-27th May 2019 in Bowlers Exhibition Centre, Manchester for UK Bike Fest 2019!

Plus the world\’s biggest celebrity guests from the hit US Television show and award winning \’Sons of Anarchy\’! Kim Coates and Tommy Flanagan!

Kim Coates (Saturday only) – Alex \”Tig\” Trager – Starred in all 7 seasons of Sons of Anarchy (2008 – 2014) He is is a Canadian-American actor who has worked in both Canadian and American films and television series. He has worked on Broadway portraying Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire and in the lead role of Macbeth performed at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. Kim is probably best known for his role as Alexander \”Tig\” Trager in the FX series Sons of Anarchy and as Declan Gardiner in the Citytv series Bad Blood.

Tommy Flanagan (Saturday only) – Filip \”Chibs\” Telford – is a Scottish actor. Starred in all 7 seasons of Sons of Anarchy (2008 – 2014) He is best known for his role as Filip \”Chibs\” Telford in the FX crime drama television series Sons of Anarchy. His first television roles were in Screen One (1992) and Taggart (1993). Flanagan worked in Robert Carlyle\’s Raindog Theatre for three years before being cast in Braveheart (1995). He has had roles in Face/Off (1997), The Game (1997), Sunset Strip (2000), Gladiator (2000), All About the Benjamins (2002), Charlie\’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003), Alien vs. Predator (2004), Sin City (2005), Smokin\’ Aces (2006), When a Stranger Calls (2006), The Last Drop (2006), Smokin\’ Aces 2: Assassins\’ Ball (2010) and the TV mini-series Attila. In July 2018, it was announced that Flanagan was cast in the series regular role of Alec McCullough on the Netflix series, Wu Assassins.

Burnout Bike – A burnout Bike is a motorcycle that is sat in place with the rider atop with his/her hands on the brakes and throttle. The throttle is released with the feet on the floor and the hand still on the break to start the rear wheel spinning, with plenty of throttle, there will be smoke and fire aplenty as the rubber hits the ground with nowhere to go!
Mad Max\’s Interceptor Car- An amazing prop to feature at UK Bike Fest 2019, The Interceptor is the version from the latest Mad Max film, Thunder Road. The Pursuit Special, also referred to as the Last of the V8 Interceptors, is the iconic black GT Falcon muscle car featuring a distinctive supercharger driven by the title character Mad Max during much of the Mad Max franchise, where it appears in Mad Max, Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior and in Mad Max: Fury Road, as well as both video games.
