Smoove & Turrell – Do It (Ray Mang Remixes)

Smoove & Turrell’s sixth studio album Stratos Bleu has been the 2020 Summer Soundtrack, its mixture of old-school dance, disco, hip hop and funk has saved us all from a shitty year.  

Do It, the track that kicked the album off and set smiles on faces with its nod to Chic Organisation and life affirming lyrics, bought the sun out every time it got played.

Ray Mang (he of the killer Phenomenal Handclap Band – Judge Not remix.)  has taken on the track, upped the bass slap and turned on the disco ball. The vocal and instrumental versions are both dance floor bangers and guarantee good times.

The album’s going to be around for a long time such is the strength of its writing and production, and remixes like this will hopefully keep pulling people in its direction.
